Local Opportunities
Greater Gresham has partnerships with two local church plants:
The Church at Kelly Creek

Connections began in 2004 and currently meets at 5905 SE Salquist Road, Gresham.
Pray: For Pastor Brian Bowman and his wife Brooke and the people of Kelly Creek.
Give: Your time and talents to help strengthen this young church.
Go: We encourage any of our Greater Gresham family to consider becoming a part of this church plant as the Lord leads. We want to always be reaching out beyond the walls of this church.
Renaissance Church

Renaissance Church is three years old and meets in the downtown Portland area. They reach out to a culture that is often antagonistic to Christianity.
Pray: Pastor George Bradley and his wife Mary. Pray for the Lord’s light to penetrate the downtown culture.
Give: Your time and talents to help strengthen this young church. They currently need people to help provide leadership and stability as they grow.
Go: We encourage any of our Greater Gresham family to consider becoming a part of this church plant as the Lord leads. We want to always be reaching out beyond the walls of this church.
Truck Stop Ministry

Our Truck Stop Ministry at the T/A Truck Stop in Troutdale provides worship services, Bible studies and friendship to truckers from all over North America. Meetings take place in the office building on the south side of the property.
Pray: For Gordon Storey and others who minister to truckers. Pray for more people to become involved in this ministry. Pray that many truckers will come to Christ and be encouraged spiritually.
Go: Participate by leading a Bible study, providing music, or just being a listening ear to truckers. We currently provide services Sundays at 8:30 am and 7:30 pm and Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
National Opportunities
Disaster Relief

We have the opportunity to participate with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief in response to disasters of all kinds. Several of our people responded to the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Wilma.
Pray: Pray that the Good News of Christ will be seen and heard as believers serve those in need.
Give: Financial gifts can be made to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief through Greater Gresham Baptist Church.
Go: We have a growing list of those trained and equipped to go when a disaster strikes. There are a variety of training opportunities throughout the year.
Mobile Baptist Builders

Help construct new church facilities at various locations in America. All levels of skill welcome.
International Opportunities
India

Go: Participate in this trip to work with local churches in reaching their community for Christ.
